Why would a demon be stronger than a ghost, or deceased person? Depending on our beliefs, we can understand why angels, blessed with powers from higher dimensions is perhaps stronger than dead people, but why a demon? Actually, why neither the EU nor the U.S., because we also are of the same cosmic substance? If I had an answer it would be "experience"or that they have been in this world for so much longer. When we cross over, which is relatively new territory for many souls. Of demons and angels, this is their long endured habitat and home. Daemon is cunning and the angel announced. Really, can you think of it as a good / bad adults (demon / angel) dealing with an inexperienced child (ghost). They keep the experience we need and are full of tricks (demons), or miracles (angels) who either inspire or intimidate us. I also believe that miracles and tricks associated with us too, but they are more readily available and producible by these beings, because that is what they have done for many life-times. I think that our abilities and error is a microcosm of theirs.
